We aim to provide support for the community health workers through mentoring services. A service including group information’s sharing platforms, debriefing session and basic counselling
Organization, individual and group mentoring session for HCBC caregivers in consultation with the District HIV and AIDs and sub-district coordinators. Network with psychologist, social workers and institution of high learning so as to refer for professional support wherever necessary. Provide regular updates to HCBC caregiver with regards to new development in the HIV and AIDS field in conjunction with caregiver development. Participate actively in mentoring programmes. Work with District HIV and AIDS programme coordinators and relevant relationship with them. Create a file for each caregiver and group on mentoring session conducted. Refer for professional counselling wherever necessary. Compile monthly report on activities conducted during the month and the amount spent in undertaking the services.
